Exchanges

We offer a 30 day no quibble exchange policy if you are not 100% happy with your engraving, or you need a different size (where available).

Refunds

Non-engraved items can be returned for a refund within 30 days if the item is unused, in the same condition as received and in the original undamaged packaging. We cannot accept cancellations on personalised orders nor can these items be returned for a refund but we will always rework or exchange items where possible.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and please include your delivery note.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, except where the item is faulty in which case contact us for return instructions. Please contact us for a return address and make sure you include your order number, name and contact details so your return can be processed. Please note we cannot collect items from the sorting office or pay excess charges on improperly posted return items.

Guarantee

We offer 12 months guarantee on all our products. The guarantee lapses in the event of incorrect use, third party repairs or careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear and tear or wear parts such as leather. Please note the care instructions issued with your purchase.
